What we do
The Procurement Office oversees
the purchasing of a great variety of products, services, supplies and
equipment for all division of the City of Goodyear in accordance with the
City’s Procurement Code (adopted in 2008). All solicitations for
bids/proposals go through the Procurement Office. To best understand
