Welcome to Goodyear's online utility billing system, also
known as Click2Gov or C2G. You will no longer have to stand in line at City
Hall to make your utility payments. Here you will be able to make online
payments using a credit or debit card, check your account status, review your
water usage, and view your payment and billing right from the comfort of your
home or office.

First-Time Users
You will need to have an email account in order to
complete the registration process. Step-by-step instructions
will assist you in setting up your online account. You will need your current
utility bill (which includes your account number at the top left corner and
an initial PIN number). Register

your account information and make a credit card or debit payment of
your utility bill.
PLEASE NOTE:
Use of online payment services requires registration, which
entails you receiving and replying to an automated email message. Some SPAM
filters may block this message, so before signing up you should allow email
from through your SPAM filters.
If your SPAM control system requires the sender to
acknowledge the email through a web interface, you may not receive the sign-up
message and may not be allowed to use online payment services. Since this email
is automated, there is no person that can authorize the message through your
SPAM filtering system. You must authorize email from this address yourself
before signing up for an online payment account.
Additionally, you will be leaving the City of Goodyear's
Website and entering the encrypted secured utility billing system Website. This
