HOA Training Seminars
These one day classes are designed for HOA board members and
neighborhood leaders. This "nuts and bolts" course provides an
overview of the responsibilities and challenges associated with running a
homeowners' association. Participants also receive an overview of legal and
financial issues, creating and enforcing restrictions, the transition process,
and reserve studies. This class is taught by an attorney and other experts in
the field.
