  1. Southwest Valley HOA Academy Session 1 of 2 - HOAs Going Green without Seeing Red!

    November 10, 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM @ Care 1st Avondale Resource and Housing Center - Large Annex Room

    Classes are designed for HOA board members and residents living in a homeowner association. to provide an overview of the responsibilities and challenges associated with running a homeowners association. Session 1: Learn how your association can “go green” without creating association member turmoil, including solar systems for both individual homes and HOA property, pest management, xeriscape and water conservation, irrigation systems and storm water pollution. A panel discussion with an attorney from Mulcahy Law Firm, along with experts in the field, will cover all legal aspects of going green including HOA and City regulations, updating CC&Rs, and vendor contracts. In addition, individual questions will be addressed in a question and answer session with an attorney from Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C.
