During the roundtable, several of our local restaurant owners expressed their desire to showcase their unique products. Establishments like Caballero Grill, Oasis Bagels, Dino’s Greek and Italian Grill and Starpointe Café were represented at the meeting. Each of them are proud of the work that goes into their unique menu options and are excited to share their original creations with the residents of Goodyear.
Shopping and dining at small and locally-owned businesses can have a particularly significant impact because it means more money recirculates throughout the community instead of being sent out of our area.
Did you know that for every $100 spent at a local business, $73 stays in the city? When you spend your money at small, local businesses you are investing in your neighborhoods and your community.
We will continue to partner with our Goodyear businesses and I encourage all of you to strengthen our community by shopping and dining at our local businesses.
