Household Hazardous Materials Collection Day - April 1
(GOODYEAR, AZ) It’s time to recycle or dispose of unwanted household hazardous waste materials that may be sitting in the house or out in the garage. Goodyear, Avondale and Litchfield Park residents are encouraged to bring their corrosive, toxic, flammable and poisonous materials (most of which probably have the words poison, danger, warning and caution on the label) to Goodyear’s Household Hazardous Materials Collection Day, April 1st at the Goodyear City Hall parking lot, 190 North Litchfield Road, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
This service is free and available only to residents of Goodyear, Avondale and Litchfield Park, based on agreements between these three cities. Participants must bring proof of current residency (i.e. a utility bill, drivers license, voter registration) that shows an address in one of the three eligible cities. Hazardous materials from residents of other cities will NOT be accepted.
Participants should try to keep all products in their original containers and NOT remove the labels. All lids and caps should be tightly sealed. If an item cannot be sealed tightly, place it in a sealed plastic bag. It is recommended that all items be placed in a cardboard box for safe transport.

Rug & Upholstery
Tires (Passenger only)**
**Wheels and rims must be removed from tires. No large or off-road tires will be accepted. There will be a limit of 5 passenger tires per vehicle.

55-Gallon Drums of Waste
Commercial/ Industrial Waste
Large Truck Tires
Solid waste (non-hazardous) for landfills
Stoves / Ovens
