Starting Your Own Small Business Class
GOODYEAR, AZ – Excited about running your own business but hesitant about taking the first steps? What licenses do you need? How do you step up your books and payroll system? What about business income taxes? The intensive, five-session class guides you through the process of launching your business, one week at a time.
This class is for individuals who have not yet started a business, or have been in operation for less than one year. Learn to write or update a business plan, analyze expectations of business ownership, explore the feasibility of a new business idea, research potential markets for products or services, and evaluate profitability. Topics include: choosing a business name and location, startup costs, marketing, business income taxes, licensing, insurance needs and more. Five weeks. Minimum five enrollees per class; maximum 20.
