Goodyear invites vendors to test online registration
GOODYEAR, AZ – The City of Goodyear is inviting a limited number of businesses to register using the City of Goodyear ePro system as a test of the first phase of implementing our on-line vendor registration.
A small number of vendors received an email recently, inviting them to help the city test the new City’s new online system by registering. This informal test period will allow Goodyear to make sure the system runs smoothly once fully implemented. Vendors who choose to register online during this early phase will become a permanent part of the database and will not need to register once we fully implement the registration system.
This new electronic vendor registration system enables vendors to:
- Register on-line via the Internet
- Make changes and updates to registration information
- Register demographics and commodity class/sub-class information
- Download solicitations via the Internet
- Receive solicitation addendums via email and many more features
Only registered vendors will receive notices of bid solicitations and any associated addendums. Goodyear will be accepting electronic bid quotes in the near future. Vendor bid packets will still be required to be turned into the Purchasing office in person or via mail before the solicitation bid opening date and time.
