GOODYEAR, ARIZ. (Jan. 8, 2010) Learn how to use social media and networking tools to stay competitive in business at Goodyear's third workshop in its Small Business Breakfast Series, 7 to 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 26, at Goodyear City Hall, 190 N. Litchfield Road, Goodyear. FREE.
The importance of using social media and networking to stay competitive in business has grown significantly within the past year. Learn easy marketing strategies for using sites like LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, and how networking can expand your opportunities for success.
Presenters include business development expert Chip Lambert of Network2Networth, who explains how he has "cracked the code on how to make your business extraordinary," and savvy networking authority, Cheri Castricone.
The Small Business Breakfast series is produced by the City of Goodyear?s Economic Development Department with support from the Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Arizona Small Business Development Network. This month's breakfast is sponsored by Wells Fargo Bank.
The seminar breakfast series was developed in response to the needs of the local business community which were recognized by Goodyear Councilmember Joanne Osborne, who launched the program last year with the Economic Development Department. "Supporting small business means you are supporting the growth of a vibrant community that will be attractive to new residents and larger economic opportunities," says Osborne.
