Southwest Valley HOA Academy Tuition Slashed to $15
GOODYEAR, ARIZ. (March 15, 2010) Register now for the Southwest Valley HOA Academy, and gain the skills and knowledge you need to understand Home Owners Associations.
Enroll in one or both of these special half-day seminars for just $15 per class. The same presentations were offered last year at $29 each -- nearly twice the price. Classes meet from 9 a.m. to noon at Estrella Mountain Community College on the dates below. Lunch is included in the $15 fee.

HOA Seminar 101 - The Basics of Homeowner Associations - Saturday, April 10
Current members of HOA governing boards interested in learning new skills, residents interested in how HOAs function, and prospective board members who would like to learn about the responsibilities of HOA board members, are invited to attend the Homeowner Association 101 seminar. Attorney Laura Mensah of Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C., is the instructor.
HOA Seminar 102 - HOA Property Management: Legal Issues and Roundtable Discussion - Saturday, April 17
For those who have attended HOA 101 and would like to increase their knowledge of HOAs, don?t miss this opportunity to pick up tips on effective property management. Beth Mulcahy, an HOA attorney will provide an overview of legal issues and new HOA legislation, discuss the transition process when new subdivisions go from developer to homeowners, and financial reserve studies. Experienced HOA board members will participate in a roundtable discussion and Q and A session.
