Goodyear's Small Business Breakfast Series presents
Negotiating Skills for Business
GOODYEAR, ARIZ. (April 14, 2010) Learn new skills and key negotiation techniques to help you stay competitive and handle any business situation. Join us for Goodyear's Small Business Breakfast Series presentation, "Negotiating Skills for Business," from 7 to 9 a.m., Tuesday, April 27, at Goodyear City Hall, 190 N. Litchfield Road, Goodyear. FREE. Advance registration required.
Guests will discuss negotiating from the perspective of property owners, business owners and tenants, and brokers and bankers. The keynote speaker is Bennett Shelsky, attorney with Faith, Ledyard, Nickel & Shelsky, PLC. Panel presenters include Fredrick Lake of MidFirst Bank, Vince Evans of Gateway Commercial, Andrew Roediger of Marion Partners, Tom Fulcher of AZ SBDC Analyst, the Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce and local financial institutions.
Learn from experts how to make better deals on your major contracts, as well maximize your position in all your minor everyday agreements. Topics will include: key principles of negotiations, preventing or resolving disputes and conflicts, negotiating to benefit your business, special tactics and counters, and negotiation philosophies.
