9-11 Memorial Pancake Breakfast


GOODYEAR, AZ (Aug. 15, 2011) The public is invited to join the Goodyear Fire Department for the Third Annual 9/11 Memorial Pancake Breakfast at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, September 11, at Goodyear Fire Station 183, 3075 N. Litchfield Rd. (just south of Indian School Road), Goodyear, AZ 85395.


The pancake breakfast is hosted by the United Goodyear Firefighters Local 4005 in partnership with the City of Goodyear Fire Department. This year's event marks the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks that took the lives of police officers, firefighters, military personnel and civilians in one of the largest domestic acts of terrorism on American soil in modern history. Please join our first responders on this special day of remembrance. Breakfast is free, but donations are welcome and help support firefighters' charities in the community.
