Shop Goodyear for the Holidays
Win great prizes every week!
GOODYEAR, ARIZ. (Sept. 30, 2011) It's time again for the annual Shop Goodyear for the Holidays drawings. Enter as often as you like to win terrific prizes. Just spend $25 or more in Goodyear stores, restaurants, salons, etc. Then "SHOP and DROP" entries at any of four convenient locations.
· Fry's at 390 N. Litchfield Rd., north of Van Buren Street
· Safeway at 14175 W. Indian School near Litchfield Road
· Fry's Marketplace at 16380 W. Yuma Rd. at Sarival
· Safeway at 9890 S. Estrella Parkway, near Elliot Road
· City Hall at 190 N. Litchfield Rd., south of Van Buren Street
Local businesses have donated more than $5,000 in prizes. At least 11 winners will be drawn at the end of each week from Oct. 14 through Dec. 16. Six Grand Prizes will be awarded - two on each of the following dates: Dec. 2, 9 and 16, followed by the drawing for the Ultimate Grand Prize from Osborne Jewelers on Thurs., Dec. 22 at Goodyear City Hall.
By shopping at local businesses, local tax dollars stay right here in Goodyear, working for the residents of the city. Retail sales tax dollars make up nearly 30 percent of the city's operating budget and pay for police, fire, streets, parks and recreation and other important services.
Entry forms are available online at www.goodyearaz.gov - click Shop Goodyear, or in person at Goodyear City Hall or any of the above locations. To enter, hand-deliver entry forms stapled to original receipts totaling $25 or more from Goodyear stores and restaurants for merchandise, food, beverages, groceries, fuel or services from nail, hair and skin care salons, to any drop-off location, or mail to Goodyear City Hall, 190 N. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ 85338. Receipts from cities outside Goodyear city limits do not qualify for Shop Goodyear for the Holidays drawings.
Enter as often as you like each week, but be sure to include at least $25 in original receipts stapled to each entry. Winners need not be present for the drawings, but must be 18 years or older to enter. City employees are not eligible to participate.
