Goodyear records administrator earns
ARIZ. (Nov. 1, 2011) Janet LeBlanc, records
administrator of the city of Goodyear, has earned the designation of
Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC), which is awarded by the International
Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC), Inc.
grants the CMC designation only to those municipal clerks who complete
demanding education requirements and who have a record of significant
contributions to their local government, their community, and the state.
International Institute of Municipal Clerks was founded in 1947 and has more
than 10,000 members in the United States, Canada and 15 other countries. The
mission of this global non-profit corporation is to enhance the education
opportunities and professional development of its diverse membership.

neither a clerk nor a deputy, she had to work harder over a longer span of time
