How Wild Was Arizona? 

(GOODYEAR, AZ - April 11) Historian and author Paul T. Hietter presents "How Wild Was It? An Overview of Crime and Justice in Arizona Territory," at 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 18 at Total Wine, 1416 N. Litchfield Rd., Goodyear, 85395.

Writers often use sensational anecdotes to describe conditions in the West during the 1800s. Drawing from court cases and newspaper accounts, Paul Hietter will provide a fascinating glimpse into the Arizona Territory justice system.

No Reservations Needed. Lectures are free and open to the public. Coffee provided by Starbucks.

Arts and Culture talks are organized by the City of Goodyear Parks and Recreation Department, Arts and Culture Division.
