8.A. (11-4681) 1. Council conducted a public hearing to consider approving the rezoning application (Case No. 09-200-00001) requesting an amendment to a portion of the Centerra Planned Area Development (PAD) to change the planned land uses from General Commercial to General Commercial and Multi-family Residential on 31.65 acres located at the southeast corner of Estrella Parkway and Van Buren Street.
2. (b) Council adopted Resolution 11-1447 declaring as public records that certain document filed with the City Clerk and entitled, "Centerra Crossings Planned Area Development Amendment" dated September 8, 2011 and that certain document filed with the City Clerk and entitled "Centerra Crossings Pad Development Plan Comprehensive Design Guidelines" dated September 8, 2011; and,
2. (c) Council adopted with an additional stipulation Ordinance 11-1248 providing for an amendment to the Centerra Planned Area Development (PAD) zoning, conditionally approved by Ord. Nos. 99-677 and 02-794, to conditionally rezone a portion of the PAD consisting of 31.65 acres to be known as Centerra Crossings generally located at the southeast corner of Estrella Parkway and Van Buren Street to revise the PAD and change the planned land use from General Commercial to General Commercial and Multi-Family Residential; approving and adopting by reference "Centerra Crossings PAD Development Plan Comprehensive Design Guidelines Dated September 8, 2011"; adopting Supplementary Zoning Map No. 09-001; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
