7.A. Council approved draft minutes of a Worksession held on March 22, 2010; and a Worksession, Regular Meeting and a Special Meeting held on April 12, 2010.
7.B. (10-4394) Council approved a request from George Atwell, representing PebbleCreek Golf Resort Homeowners Association #1 Inc., for a person and location transfer Series 06 Liquor License, #06070267, for Tuscany Falls Clubhouse, located at 16222 West Clubhouse Dr., Goodyear, AZ in the PebbleCreek community.
7.C. (10-4399) Council adopted Resolution 10-1369 promoting fair housing.
7.D. (10-4386) Council approved FY 10/11 community funding distribution for non-profits as recommended by City Council sub-committee.
7.E. (10-4367) 1. Council adopted Ordinance 10-1212 amending Chapter 4 of the Goodyear City Code by adding Article 4-4 "Unclaimed Personal Property"; providing for severability and an effective date; and
2. Council adopted Resolution 10-1370 declaring as a public record that a certain document titled Ordinance 10-1212 amending Chapter 4 of the Goodyear City Code by adding Article 4-4 "Unclaimed Personal Property", and filed with the City clerk.
7.F. (10-4384) Council adopted Resolution 10-1371 authorizing the Mayor to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City Of Avondale relating to transit services; providing for an effective date.
7.G. (10-4383) Council adopted Resolution 10-1372 authorizing the Mayor to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement between the State of Arizona for Federal reimbursement for costs associated with the design of the Yuma Road Bridge at Bullard Wash.
7.H. (10-4404) Council approved the issuance of a Temporary Easement Agreement to Westcor Goodyear RSC, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability company (Westcor) and Globe Land Investors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Globe), for four (4) underground pipes across City property to irrigate portions of the Estrella Falls Regional Shopping Center Site.
7.I. (10-4405) Council approved the issuance of an Easement Agreement for a Driveway and Bridge at the northeast corner of Indian School Road and Pebble Creek Parkway to provide access from Indian School Road to the proposed Pebble Creek Crossing Commercial Development.
